DRIPWA (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates this website and related services. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms mentioned below. These policies are designed to create a transparent and fair experience for both sides.

1. General Terms
Most DRIPWA products are made or processed in limited batches after an order is placed.
While we try our best to maintain accurate inventory on the website, occasional stock discrepancies may occur. In such cases:
- available items will be dispatched first,
and remaining items (if any) will be shipped once restocked. - If an item becomes permanently unavailable, the customer will be informed accordingly.
2. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders
- We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
Shipping offers and charges may change during promotional periods or special campaigns.
3. Dispatch & Delivery Terms
Processing & Dispatch Time
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–7 business days after confirmation.
Since many products are prepared in small batches after ordering, dispatch timelines may occasionally extend during:
- high order volumes,
- limited drops,
- sale periods,
- or operational delays.
Our working days are Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Delivery Time
Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within:
* 4–8 business days for metro cities
* 5–12 business days for other locations
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on:
- courier operations,
- regional accessibility,
- weather conditions,
- public holidays,
- or circumstances beyond our control.
DRIPWA is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners after dispatch.
Change of Shipping Address
Shipping details cannot be changed once an order enters processing or dispatch.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information during checkout.
Out of Stock Products
In rare situations where a product becomes unavailable after purchase:
- available items may be shipped separately,
- delayed items may be dispatched later,
- or the affected item may be cancelled and refunded at our discretion.
4. Tracking Information
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect after pickup by the courier partner.
5. Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If your package arrives damaged, incorrect, tampered with, or incomplete:
- contact us within 48 hours of delivery,
- share clear photos,
- and provide an uncut opening video of the package.
Claims raised without an opening video may not be accepted.
If an order is marked “Delivered” by the courier partner but has not been received, the issue must be reported within 24 hours of the delivery update.
DRIPWA reserves the right to investigate such claims with the courier partner before approving any replacement, exchange, or refund.
6. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they enter production, processing, or dispatch.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
7. Failed Deliveries & Returned Shipments
If an order is returned due to:
- incorrect address
- recipient unavailability,
- refusal to accept delivery,
- or multiple failed delivery attempts,
the customer may be required to pay additional shipping charges for re-dispatch.
8. Final Decision
All shipping, exchange, cancellation, and claim-related requests are subject to verification by our team.
DRIPWA reserves the right to approve, reject, or hold requests if:
- provided information is incomplete,
- the claim appears fraudulent or abusive,
- or the request does not comply with our policies.
