Refund policy

 

At DRIPWA, most products are made in limited batches after an order is placed. This helps us avoid overproduction, reduce waste, and keep every product intentional instead of mass-produced. Inspired by slow-fashion and small-batch production models, we encourage mindful purchasing and careful size selection before placing an order.  

Because of this, we currently do not offer returns or refunds.

However, we do offer exchanges under the conditions listed below.


Eligible Exchange Cases

Exchanges are accepted if:

  • The ordered size does not fit as expected
  • The product arrives damaged
  • You receive the wrong item
  • You receive the wrong colour

Example: if you ordered an L and it feels too loose, you may request an exchange for an M, subject to availability.


Exchange Request Process

To request an exchange:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos of the product
  • Include an uncut opening video of the package

The opening video helps us verify issues fairly and protect against fraudulent claims.

Requests submitted without an opening video may not be accepted.


Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact
  • The exchange request must be approved by our team before shipping the item back
  • Exchanges are subject to product and size availability

Please note:

  • Slight colour variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, and fabric batches.
  • ⁠Please be vigilant while size selection as our products are unisex it comes with different sizes so make sure to go through sizing chart we measured it carefully⁠.
  • We are currently not providing refunds. In case of defects we will provide exchange and in case of unavailability we will issue store credit. 

 

Final Review & Approval

Every exchange request is reviewed manually by our team.

DRIPWA reserves the right to approve or reject exchange requests after verification if the claim appears incomplete, suspicious, abusive, or does not meet the conditions mentioned above.

We’re still a growing independent brand operating in small quantities, not a large fast-fashion marketplace.

Reverse shipping, repackaging, and unnecessary exchanges increase costs, waste, and environmental impact — especially for small-batch brands.  

So while we’re happy to help if something feels off, we genuinely appreciate customers checking the size chart carefully and ordering mindfully.
